Ms. Beaver is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experience working in a variety of human service settings including: Juvenile Justice, Public and Mental Healthcare, with individuals, families, and groups. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Norfolk State University. Ms. Beaver is a Christian therapist specializing in Depressive Disorders, Christian Counseling, and Anxiety Disorders including; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bi-polar Disorder, Addictions, Women and Family Issues. Ms. Beaver is especially adept in areas such as adults molested as children, adult children of alcoholics, those who suffer from addiction, and domestic abuse. She treats children beginning at seven years of age, adolescents, adults and families.
